I'm writing this letter to tell you how pleased I am with the quality of your product, the speed with which you fulfilled my order(s), and the professionalism of your staff.

I found Seating Depot several years ago while searching online for Breuer chairs.  Their Web site was very helpful and voila! there were the chairs I wanted and for a price that could not be beat . . . by anyone on the Web.  I'm rarely comfortable ordering from unknown Web sites and so I called the number easily found on Seating Depot's site.  The person I spoke with was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and above all professional.  At the time I wasn't in a position where I could order more than an arm chair and two side chairs.  Nevertheless when they arrived earlier than promised, I was thrilled at the quality.  I have owned the 'real thing' in the past and these were so wonderfully crafted it was truly difficult to tell the difference. 

Knowing I would one day order more Breuer chairs and certain that I would buy them nowhere but Seating Depot, I kept the link to their Web site all these years.  Last week, when I went looking for their site, sure enough they were still there and I called. New Jersey had just been struck with the second of this winter's storms and I was told there might be a delay in the shipment of three more side chairs and a counter chair.  Wouldn't you know it, once again Seating Depot 'under promised and over delivered' since my chairs arrived nearly a week sooner than promised.  There was a minor problem (for which Seating Depot could not be blamed) and I called to see what could be done.  With no hesitation whatsoever, Eddie (the Seating Depot person at the other end of the line) acknowledged the issue and solved it for me without being asked.  What GREAT service! 

In this rush-around world, where it's nearly impossible to find someone that truly provides knowledgeable and professional service coupled with a reasonably priced, high-quality product, Seating Depot stands head and shoulders above the crowd.  Well done Seating Depot, you have a customer for life and I will recommend you to everyone I know.  Thank you.

Dear Sirs:

Please accept my thanks for an outstanding shopping and purchasing experience with Seating Depot.  The products (2 Diana chairs) are great.  But more so, the customer service experience was outstanding.  It has been said that the most loyal customers are not those without problems, but those with difficulties who are handled professionally, courteously, and fairly.  These are the customers that will sing your praises.  Add me to that list!  
I did have shipping damage to my original order (due to the shipping company, by the way, not Seating Depot) and upon submission of photographs and an email, the issue was promptly handled with great care.  Two new chairs were immediately shipped, and I received them within days!
 I am beyond satisfied, I am delighted and can very confidently recommend you as a great company to do business with.
